Grand Rapids – ASM Global-managed venues Van Andel Arena® and DeVos Performance Hall rank among the world’s best, according to industry magazine Billboard. Mid-year rankings were recently released by the magazine, and the Grand Rapids venues have once again made the list ranking top venues in terms of ticket sales.
Van Andel Arena and DeVos Performance Hall appeared on Billboard’s Mid-Year charts with the arena ranking #5 worldwide and #3 for U.S. venues with a capacity between 10,001 and 15,000. DeVos Performance Hall ranked #8 worldwide and in the U.S. for venues with a capacity of 5,000 or less. Billboard ranked venues by total gross ticket sales from November 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022.

DeVos Performance Hall also welcomed a variety of shows like Straight No Chaser, Grand Rapids Symphony’s University of Michigan Health-West Holiday Pops, Grand Rapids Ballet’s The Nutcracker, 16 performances of Hamilton, presented by Broadway Grand Rapids, Alton Brown, Celtic Woman, and Opera Grand Rapids presents Turandot.
